Public agencies face numerous challenges in maintaining the state’s network of roads, bridges, airports, and transit systems, challenges made more urgent by climate change. Our research helps state and local communities keep Californians moving by exploring strategies for addressing congestion, extending the life of pavement, prioritizing upgrades to accommodate new technologies and innovations, delivering projects faster, improving evacuations, and more.
